Synopsis

"The Man with Ten Eyes!"

Phil Readon, a guard blinded by an explosion set off by crooks has his optic nerves connected to the tips of his fingers, giving him ten “eyes” to see with. Accordingly, Reardon goes after revenge on the man he blames for his blindness--Batman.
